We will ship plants to any destination where regulations permit.  There are many countries which do not allow the import of live plants.  Please check the import regulations for your country to determine whether importation is allowed and what permits you may need. For Canadian shipments, we prefer using UPS or FEDEX.   All international shipments require a phytosanitary certificate.  The cost of the certificate is $20 and will be added to your order. For most other destinations outside of the US we prefer either first class or priority US Mail.   We will charge only the exact amount that it costs us to ship to you.

MINIMUM PLANT ORDER 

Please note that the minimum order is $20.  If an order is placed for any amount less than the minimum, a surcharge will be added to make the $20 minimum.           

REFUNDS/RETURNS
We endeavor to ship only the highest quality plants.  However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the shipment,  you must contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the plants.  If we are notified within 3 days we will accept returns, and we will refund the amount of the plant purchase.  We are not responsible for any amount beyond the purchase price of the plants.  We are not responsible for shipments that may be lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.   All charges for shipping are non-refundable.  We do not guarantee that plants will live.
